There are endless lists on anti-racist reading! We recommend starting with an issue that’s already close to your heart. Are you engaged in work for affordable housing? Education? Healthcare? There are books and articles that engage questions of racial justice in these arenas. We don’t need to approach racial equity as something separate from the rest of our efforts, but instead should approach it as something deeply intertwined with our everyday.
