Need a hand? How about a coach.

Are you dedicated to growing your DEIJ skills, but unsure where to go next or afraid to get it wrong?

That’s where we come in.

Use this hour to clarify goals, gain insight, and process how you are showing up. Deepen your skills and problem-solve challenges like giving and receiving critical feedback or having honest and open conversations about power dynamics, identity, or bias.

Goals and activities for a session or series of sessions might include:

  • Developing inclusive management practices

  • Honing skills for anti-racist or gender-inclusive allyship

  • Addressing microaggressions and implicit bias

  • Processing personal experiences of identity, privilege, power and inclusion/exclusion

  • Navigating challenging situations and brainstorming solutions

Our experienced coaches can provide skillful, focused thought partners. Our strengths-based, client-centered approach means we expect to meet you where you are and help set tailored goals based on your learning styles and lived experience.

Each session is designed to provide safe, non-judgmental space for healing and curiosity. Our coaches are also trained in and employ trauma-informed frameworks.

Coaching is offered on a sliding scale. Please select the contribution you are able to make.
